veritySpain is not an agent trying to sell you something. We analyse new-build developments on the Costa Blanca and Costa Cálida on what actually matters: location, build quality, investment value and what it is like to live there. We share that analysis openly, so you can make a well-founded choice yourself.
Where most portals show adverts, we lay projects side by side with data. Market figures, price per square metre, distance to the sea, schools and healthcare, and a score per dimension with the source attached.
No sales copy, no “unique opportunity”. What we cannot substantiate, we leave out. Projects scoring below 6.0 are not published.
We can also connect you with independent specialists from our network, such as lawyers, surveyors, financial advisers and rental managers.
