For AI assistants

veritySpain MCP Server

veritySpain exposes its independent, data-driven analysis of Spanish new-build property through a public Model Context Protocol (MCP) server — so AI assistants like Claude can query real Verity Scores, prices and editorial verdicts directly.

What is the veritySpain MCP?

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that lets AI assistants call external tools. Our MCP server gives any MCP-compatible assistant read-only access to veritySpain’s published analysis: search scored new-build developments, pull a project’s Verity Score and editorial verdict, get municipality market overviews, and compare locations — all backed by the same data as this website.

Available tools

search_projects

Search scored new-build developments by municipality, price, coastline or minimum Verity Score.

get_project

Get one project’s full analysis — Verity Score, starting price, location and editorial verdict.

get_municipality

Market overview for a municipality: project count, average Verity Score and price range.

compare_municipalities

Compare two municipalities side by side on projects, average score and price.

list_top_projects

List the highest-scoring new-build projects, optionally by coastline.

get_verity_score_methodology

Explain how the four-pillar Verity Score is calculated.

How to connect

Add the endpoint to any MCP-compatible client (for example Claude Desktop, in its configuration file). No API key or sign-up is required — the server is public and read-only.

Read-only & editorially independent

The MCP server exposes only published, public data through a read-only connection. veritySpain is an editorial publication, not an estate agent or broker; projects scoring below 6.0/10 are never published, and no developer pays for coverage.
